Hi Everyone
I am back to the full moon meditations this month. Thanks to all of you who sent me some good healing energy. I've got a ways to go before I can get back into the swing of things, but I am able to do ceremony now and make progress every day.
It's Lion's gate and a pretty intense time for personal releasing and transformation. This is a major release--a lot of us are finding a fork in the road and choices to be made. It's also an intense time for Mother Earth as her resonance spikes and earthquakes and volcanoes vent her release. Let's be mindful to walk gently and take care of her as she goes through her changes. As Mother Earth shifts frequency, so do we. Allow yourself to be in this rhythm. Get centered and touch the Earth every day.
Please join us for the Full Moon meditation on Friday. Find a quiet location and join in on the above calling call number. Light a candle if you feel inclined. Have a glass of water nearby to hold the energy of the meditation and then either drink the water or give it to Mother Earth.
Let's join our hearts together to send love to Grandmother Moon and allow it to shine back down on all of life.

Light the candle before you begin as the symbol of the
Flame of Love that unites us.)
We bring our hearts together in love,
Grateful for the solar energy
Reaching to us all the way from
the Heart of Heaven--the Great Central Sun,
Grateful for the changes this light brings
To awaken us to a New World.
We bring our hearts together in love,
Grateful for the returning sun of springtime
That reaches into the darkness underground
To awaken the trees, the seeds
And the creatures,
Calling them to reach up and out into the light,
Calling them to blossom.
We thank our sun for bringing us new light.
We bring our hearts together in love,
Grateful for Mother Earth
Whose heartbeat is singing a new rhythm,
A rhythm mirrored inside each of our hearts,
A rhythm singing to the trees and plants,
The creatures, the water, and the wind,
Calling all her children
To begin again, a new cycle of life.
We thank Mother Earth for giving us all we need to survive.
We bring our hearts together in love,
Grateful for All Our Relations,
They are our Earth Family
Woven together with us in the Web of Life
We reach out to honor the plants and trees,
The creatures, the winged ones, the clouds,
The rain, the stones.
We thank them for their gifts.
Our hearts beat together in the rhythm of harmony.
We bring our hearts together
In gratitude for the water.
The waters of the Earth cleanse us
As rain, fog, dew and snow,
as streams, rivers, lakes, and oceans.
(Dip your fingers in the water and cleanse your thoughts (forehead),
Words (throat), emotions (heart) and actions (hands/feet).
The waters of Earth hold the codes of life,
The structure of our DNA.
They bring good health and nourish us.

good health and well-being).

That carries all of our thoughts and words
Out to touch all creatures.
We breathe in fresh clean air--
We breathe our love out to ride on the gentle breeze--
We breathe in again the love and harmony of all beings.
We bring our hearts together in love
with our human brothers and sisters,
All people from all nations.
We connect our love together with theirs
For every person carries love in their heart.
When we act with love there can be no separation.
We join our hearts and hands in a circle of love,
Creating good relationships between all people
And peace between all nations,
Walking in harmony into the New World.
