Spider has developed and practices Vortex Energy Healing and sound healing using tuning forks. Spider Herbs, Spider’s small business, sells toxin free herbal and body care products made from her original recipes. Spider does Medicine Wheel and Taino Glyph readings, and personal counseling following Medicine Wheel teachings. She has authored several books including:  Songs of Bleeding, Taino women’s ceremonies and passage rites; Grandmothers of the Four Winds, A short story about the Medicine Wheel; All Our Relations, A story and activity book for children; Grandmother Spider and the Web of Life, The story of the Web of Life shield; and Vortex Energy, Creating a Doorway for Transformation and Evolution, Multi-dimensional energy work to help us adapt to the current planetary changes. Spider shares ceremonies and teaches workshops for people of all ages.

Following the teachings of her Elders, Spider envisions the Fifth World as the time when the people will come together in unity, all people of all nations, honoring Mother Earth and living in harmony with the Web of Life. The goals of the Fifth World Foundation will provide a foundation for inspiring this evolutionary path.

Ocie

Founder

Ocie is a mixed blood of European and Lakota ancestry.  She has walked the Red Road since the mid-1990’s, first alongside her first husband (Cherokee, Mohawk and German) and now with her second husband, David WhiteDragon (Cherokee, Alabaman and Scott-Irish).  Ocie was made a Peace Elder at Grandmother Twylah Nitsch’s Wolf Song VII in 1997.  She and her husband were invited to speak at Wolf Song IX in the Netherlands the following year.  She is adopted in the Cherokee and Lakota traditions as granddaughter to Grandmother Shirley Barclay.  Ocie and David for nearly a decade maintained an inipi (sweat lodge) on their land, where Grandmother Spider came to lead ceremony in the Taino tradition.  Ocie is very eclectic in her spirituality, and keenly feels called to provide a space where people seeking knowledge can come to ask questions and gleen perspectives from different cultures.
